Mortgage Loans

Owning your own home is one of the most important investments you will make during your lifetime. We can assist you with mortgage financing for a home purchase, refinance or construction.

Contact a Mortgage Lender nearest you to inquire which product is best for you. When you're ready to get started you can easily apply online or complete the convenient contact form for electronic inquiries.

Thank you for thinking of us as your mortgage lender.

Fixed Rate Mortgage

The interest rate stays the same throughout the term of the mortgage, keeping your principal and interest payments consistent for the life of the loan.

  • Convenient 30 year, 20 year, 15 year and 10 year mortgages are available.

Adjustable Rate Mortgage

This mortgage is perfect for those who may be moving within a few years or those who anticipate interest rates may decrease.

  • Keeps payment low for the first few years
  • Interest rates can change at regular intervals based on loan terms
  • Lifetime rate cap ensures the maximum rate you would ever pay
  • Option of a 3 year ARM, 66/12 ARM or 84/12 ARM

Construction Mortgage

A 3,6,9 or 12 month line of credit is used for building a new home. Interest is paid monthly during construction and then upon completion the loan is refinanced for payments that include principal and interest.

Government Mortgage

We also offer government mortgage loans including FHA (Federal Housing Authority) Loans and USDA Guaranteed Rural Development Loans that offer 100% financing. Contact a Mortgage Lender for details.
