Chad is a Registered Principal and serves as President of Oakleaf, a subsidiary of Sturgis Bank & Trust Company, and holds a professional license as a Certified Retirement Planner. His degree is in Business Administration from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business. He began his career in the Financial Planning Industry in 1994.

Vince earned his MBA from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, and also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Practitioner designation. He began in the Financial Planning Industry in 1997 after serving six years as the Financial Officers of Dury Oil Company, in Sturgis Michigan.
